Geeky Things to Watch During the Holidays
If you're anything like us you love the holiday's and there's nothing better than sitting down on a cold winter's night with your holiday decorations lit and a cozy fire, while watching Holiday specials. What makes those special's even better is when they're Geeky. Here's our list of some of the things we think every Geeky Family should watch this time of year.

Iron Man 3
Shane Black has a tendency to place his movies during the holiday's and Iron Man 3 is no exception. Wile not technically a "Christmas film" both Disney and Marvel have confirmed in the past that Iron Man 3 qualifies as a holiday movie.

Hawkeye
Keeping in the Marvel genre we move to the Disney+ series Hawkeye. Set in New York City during the holidays we get to spend time with Clint Barton and Kate Bishop as Clint tries to put things right. My favorite scene includes a car chase set to a classic holiday song.
Shazam
Even though Shazam was initially released in the month of April this DC movie oozes holiday feels. Not only is the film set during the holiday season the themes of found family and overcoming darkness fits right into the ideas we love to embrace during this time.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Even though we're no longer fans of Joss Whedon, Buffy the Vampire Slayer has two great holiday episodes to enjoy during the season. The first is Pangs, a Thanksgiving themed episode which features Buffy trying to host Thanksgiving for her friends. The second, Amends, takes us through Angel's struggle against the First Evil, and Buffy's attempt to save him from himself.

Star Wars Holiday Specials
While we all know and love to hate on the original Star Wars Holiday Special released in 1978 that introduces us to Life Day, Disney+ features a fun LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special where we follow Rey and BB-8 on a Life Day celebration to gain more knowledge of the Force.
While these are just a small sampling of the Geeky things you and your family can enjoy during the Holiday's there are so many more out there. What are some of your favorites? Let us know in the comments!
